“Overall I really like the place but at the moment I am really fed up with them running out/selling no of vegan Lasagna. It has been 3 times in a row now! Its my favourite food of the week.
First time I came at 730. So sorry sir finished with a big smile. Than I decided to try again. I made sure I was extra early so I arrived at 3:30. Sorry sir, lasagna only ready at 4. 45 mn later I then finally had my so longed lasagna. If you come around 6 there will be always lasagna was their suggestion by mentioning it on check out.
So now 3rd time: 6:15. So sorry already sold out. We made already in the morning. Many people already we had to dissapoint they replied. So make some more. No we do not make more because maybe we dont sell all and than we have to throw away...
Think again in terms of service knowing at 615 you will sell a lot more for sure.
Dissaponted I left to another place. I hope this message reaches higher in the chain and some steps will be taken.
